    About the presenters:
    Dustin Miller is a member of the Governmental Affairs Department at Nyemaster Goode, P.C. His law practice is primarily focused on representing clients as a lobbyist at the Iowa Legislature and with agencies of the State of Iowa but also practices law in the areas of environmental and water quality, municipal law and economic development. Prior to moving to Nyemaster, he was the General Counsel for the Iowa League of Cities after serving two years as the Director of Government Affairs.

    Eric Fischer’s corporate practice focuses primarily on merger and acquisition transactions, general contracting matters and business organization. He represents buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. He advises companies on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, contract preparation and negotiation, financing issues, restructurings, and ongoing strategic, transactional and regulatory matters. Eric has also extensively advised clients with Paycheck Protection Program matters, including loan applications, the use of loan proceeds and loan forgiveness applications.
